Hopefully they're able to restore the place. They have fantastic layouts compared to most all apartments in the area... decided against the place when apartment searching for obvious reasons.

it would be nice if the new owners appreciated tenants more. watch your leases people! you may not meet their "standards for lease renewal"... just saying. and when your rent gets raised to new levels, I hope you still like it
