The Elite Get Kenny Omega A Birthday Cake And Dump Guts On It

The Elite got Kenny Omega a birthday gift, and TNT Champion Jack Perry sent the former world champion a message.

On the October 16 episode of AEW Dynamite , The Elite appeared in a backstage segment and noted that it was a special day in AEW history, as it was Kenny Omega’s birthday. Perry noted that Omega had 20 feet of his intestines surgically removed due to diverticulitis. He then said that they wanted to get him something special.

Perry revealed that The Elite got Omega a birthday cake, and they dumped a bunch of intestines on it. Perry ended the message by telling Omega to get well soon or die, as he did not care either way.

Omega has been sidelined due to diverticulitis since December 2023. The Elite took him out when Omega appeared on the May 1 episode of AEW Dynamite. Omega then underwent surgery, and he has been on the road to recovery ever since. He has been training in recent weeks, but there is no word on when he might return to AEW.
