<div><p>MILES CITY — Miles Community College volleyball player Zeason Schaffer, a Broadus native, has been named the Mon-Dak Athletic Conference's Player of the Week for the week ending Oct. 13, per a news release from the school Wednesday.</p><p>Schaffer, a freshman outside hitter, contributed 77 kills in a 4-0 week for the Pioneers with a hitting percentage of .357. Per the release, she currently ranks seventh in National Junior College Athletic Association Division II in kills.</p><p>MCC (17-15 overall) has closed out conference play and is now prepping for the NJCAA D-II Region XIII Tournament, which begins Nov. 2. </p></div>
