I call Bull on that statistic. I'm one person living in the dark. They weathered this place a couple years ago. the electric is costing me 90 to $100 a month everything unplugged and living in the dark. The gas is is 2 to 300 a month cooking and everything and winter's worse with heat. So 200 to 250 on the budget every month for the year. The water bill is 100 to $150 a month. not to mention trash hundred bucks a month, police and fire fees etc. So that's 6,500 right there just for one person. You guys don't live in the real world obviously. That's why nothing ever gets done in this country that we need done.
