The Chargers fought tough in the first half behind a strong defensive effort and several scoring opportunities.Despite the disciplined play from the Chargers, the second half was a different story as the Lions got their first goal to go in the 49th minute. The Chargers managed to get a shot and a corner, but their chances turned up empty as the Lions scored their second just before the final horn. The Lions went on to win at home, 2-0.By the Numbers: The Chargers were outshot 17-3… the Lions had more corner kicks 4-3… the Chargers tallied four saves… Arsene Bado and Eljo Agolli scored for the Lions.From the Coach: "Today's game revealed simple things that we need to address before we take steps forward," said Head Coach Tom Ardt.
