Florida has a variety of shopping centers that allow you to shop, eat, and enjoy entertainment all in one place. These centers are convenient because you theoretically only need to park once. One such popular shopping center, Miami's Shops At Midtown Miami, recently changed hands.

About The Shops At Midtown Miami: This 347,740-square-foot shopping center at 3401 N. Miami Avenue has big hitters such as Target, Marshalls, Ross Dress For Less, and HomeGoods. But there are also some smaller tenants like PetSmart, Men's Warehouse, Sally Beauty, Five Guys, Chipotle, and Subway.

This shopping plaza has been reviewed over 9,800 times and earns 4.5 stars on Google reviews. Many reviewers appreciated the variety offered and the ease of visiting many different businesses. A reviewer named Heather wrote:

"Large shopping center close to Wynwood Walls and (the) surrounding Miami art district. Plan to pay to park in a garage or street parking with (the) PayToPark app. Target, Marshals, Payless, (and) Verizon are just a few shops. Minutes walk of the popular Wynwood Walls and Wynwood neighborhood. Restrooms and wheelchair accessible."

The Recent Sale: In late September of 2024, owner Site Centers Corporation sold the shopping center to Benderson Development for $83.75 million.

The shopping center reportedly brings in 3.4 million annual visitors and locals from neighborhoods such as Edgewater, Wynwood, downtown Miami, and Overtown.

The Shops of Midtown Miami was developed in 2006.
