Traffic advisory issued for Route 9 in Monmouth County

A paving project will close the shoulder of Route 9 in Monmouth County for approximately 10 miles. The affected area spans from Ryan Road in Manalapan to I-195 in Howell. The closure will last for several weeks, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Motorists should expect delays and consider alternative routes. "
