Man from Panola County Arrested, Charged with Child Sex Crimes

A man from Panola County has been arrested and charged in relation to child sexual crimes.

Brandy Lane Caine, age forty eight, of Panola County, was arrested on October 14th, 2024.

According to deputies with Panola County Sheriff's office, Caine was arrested by deputies with Panola County Sherrif's Office. He was charged with sexual battery, as well as unlawful sexual penetration with a child under 18 in a position of trust and authority.

The investigation into the matter is still ongoing. More information will be released as it becomes available. Anyone with any information about the situation is encouraged to come forward and contact Panola County Sheriff's Office.
