Since the Raiders have sent Davante Adams to the East Coast to be with his former quarterback Aaron Rodgers and the New York Jets, there's speculation they've become sellers.

Now, even if that is the case for most players on the roster, the team's owner, Mark Davis, is making it extremely clear Maxx Crosby is not available.

"It's unfortunate today, but there's so much outside chatter that is not true," Davis said, per The Athletic's Vic Tafur and Tashan Reed . "It's not coming from any sources. It's not coming from anything. My basic thing is never to answer all that stuff because, otherwise, you get trapped in this black hole. It's just not happening."

Davis' comments also build on reports from Adam Schefter earlier this week on the Pat Mcafee show. There, Schefter said that for the Raiders even to have the slightest amount of consideration, a trade suitor would need to offer multiple first-round picks.

Now Raiders' fans know that, at the very least, they'll still be able to root for one of the best pass-rushers in the league in Crosby.

Since being drafted by the Raiders in 2019, Crosby has been a force, so far on his resume, he has 341 tackles, 57.5 sacks, and nine forced fumbles, according to ESPN .

While the Adams is now gone, Crosby will remain on the Raiders as a diamond in the rough with the Raiders currently holding a top 10 pick in the 2025 NFL draft .
