She claims that as she tried to leave, Chapman placed her in a headlock and tried to choke her. The female said that she tried to get away, but Chapman grabbed her by the hair and pinned her against a dresser before letting her go.Chapman was charged on Oct. 3. He was arrested on Oct. 16 and later released on $20,000 bond.Chapman is the former owner of Chapman’s Shoes.</div></body>
