I have to side with Meta on this as those meal credits were issued for a specific purpose, which was outlined to the employees, so if they were using those credits for other than their intended purpose then their termination was on them. It’s the same as stealing, and if you as an employee were making $400k a year, then you certainly could afford to purchase your own non-grocery supplies.
