JERUSALEM (AP) — Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Wednesday that Israel had “settled its account” with “the person who carried out the worst massacre in the history of our people since the Holocaust.”

Netanyahu said the killing of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar was an “important moment in the war” to bring home the hostages being held in Gaza. He also said anyone who surrendered weapons and assisted with the return of the hostages would be allowed to leave Gaza safely.

Still, he added, “our war has not yet ended.”

The war for Israel will not end until Messiah Yeshua returns and destroys the enemies of Israel. Yehovah has stated Israel will never cease to be a people and nation before him and that never again will they be uprooted from the land of Israel again and he will destroy all of Israel's enemies.

The elimination of Sinwar was a lucky instance. They didn't know he was there, and even after they whacked him, no one immediately recognized him.
