    • Walter Montreal Owens, 01/16/1992, 825 Turner St. — arrested on indictment, by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
    • Jaionna N. Smith, 08/31/2004, 702 East Independence St. — arrested, charged with DUI first, possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoids in motor vehicle, possession of paraphernalia, careless driving, by Mississippi Highway Patrol.
    • John DB Portrey, 09/09/1981, no address listed — arrested on bench warrant, by LCSO.
    • Pearly Thomas, 11/04/1990, 2778 Loyd Star Lane — arrested, charged with felony malicious mischief, by BPD.
