They say that there are "traces" of contamination in the water at "acceptable" levels. That is admitting that there is something in the water now that wasn't there before or not 100% pure. So, if there were "traces" of human shit in the food, but, at "acceptable" levels would you eat the food? B.S. report to make them look good.
