Over the next eighteen months, Mitch worked at two different stores, showcasing his dedication and expertise, which led to his promotion to Market Assistant Manager.His journey continued as he became a key member of the Retail Sales Team and eventually accepted the role of Market Retail Business Processes Manager in 2022.
