(WDNews) — At approximately 9:45 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16, Dothan emergency responders were dispatched to the 200 block of Headland Avenue following reports of a firearm assault. According to initial reports, screams were heard in the area of the crime scene.</p><p>Dothan Police took control of the scene while, Dothan Fire Dept, and Pilcher’s Ambulance transported a victim to Southeast Health under a trauma alert.</p><p>At this time no information on a suspect or the victims injuries are known.</p><p>Dothan Police and the Criminal Investigations Division are currently conducting an investigation.
