Like mother, like daughter.
Katie Holmes and her look-alike daughter, Suri Cruise, bundled up while spending quality time together in New York City on Thursday.
The “Dawson’s Creek” alum and the 18-year-old undergrad, who was visiting from college, were all smiles as they chatted and took a stroll on the sidewalk.
Holmes, 45, stayed warm in a long brown coat with a gray sweatsuit underneath. She kept her cozy look casual with white sneakers, a white shoulder bag and sunglasses.
The actress tied her brown locks up in a messy bun.
As for Cruise, she sported a denim Sherpa jacket, a white graphic T-shirt, blue sweatpants and boots. She pulled her hair back in a ponytail for the outing.
Cruise will likely stay in town for a few more days until classes resume on Oct. 21, according to the university’s calendar.
In August, the college freshman was seen moving into her dorm with Holmes’ help. The two were seen carrying bags and pulling large suitcases across campus.
That same month, Holmes said she was emotional over sending her only daughter off to college, sharing she had taken on new hobbies , such as dancing and painting, to keep herself busy.
“Of course, I will miss the close proximity, but I’m really proud of her and I’m happy,” the doting mom told Town & Country.
“I remember being this age, this time of beginnings,” the “Batman Begins” star added.
“It’s exciting to learn about yourself, and I loved that time, so it makes me happy to think about it like that.”
Holmes welcomed Suri with her ex-husband, Tom, in April 2006. Following their split in 2012, she raised their daughter in NYC .
