A hotel guest reported hearing a "really loud, violent scream" from Liam Payne 's room shortly before the tragic discovery of the One Direction star's death , it is reported.

The same source confided to People magazine about the disturbing noises at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel - which they claim came from Payne's room prior to the incident , saying they also heard crashing sounds. They added: "I thought it was construction. I thought they were working on the room," while describing sounds akin to "heavy lifting" or "banging".

Upon their arrival, officers were met with the grim scene of Payne's body.

His death was confirmed on-site by medical personnel.

A preliminary autopsy indicated that Payne had sustained multiple traumas from a fall, resulting in both internal and external bleeding.

Alberto Crescenti, an emergency medical doctor, spoke to the US Sun, stating: "Our role was to head there quickly, give medical attention and try to resuscitate him, but his injuries were incompatible with life."

As of now, authorities have remained silent on whether Payne was under any influence at the time of his demise.

My gut tells me the 'hotel staff going in and out of the room' and the room being destroyed, people hearing loud noises, banging, 'heavy lifting' makes me believe the room was staged, drugs and alcohol planted, etc to make it Look Like he offed himself. I think, someone did this to him
