Crying in Mansions: TikTok User Exposes Rodent-Infested Nightmare While Paying $12K Monthly

Disclosure: State of Alabama-based writer. This article is a work from cited sources for informational purposes and is used with permission. No affiliate links are included.

Alabamians who use TikTok may have taken notice of user jamore.love, who has gone viral after sharing his experience renting a mansion for $12,500 a month. The video showcases the large property but quickly turns into a tale of woe, highlighting a significant issue some renters may face: a rodent infestation.

In his video, jamore.love revealed that every morning he wakes up to a pile of rodent feces near the air conditioning unit outside the mansion. His distress is palpable, and as he starts to cry on camera, it has set off a wave of reactions from viewers on my NewsBreak video page, Biaj World.

    Community Reactions

The reactions to jamore.love’s video have been mixed, with many users chiming in with their opinions and advice:

    • One user humorously commented, “I love watching rich people cry in their mansions. The audacity,” accompanied by laughing emojis.
    • Another suggested a more practical solution, stating, “Get a terminator,” indicating that pest control might be a necessary step.
    • Yet another user offered advice, saying, “Purchase plug-in rodent repellents. It will get rid of them.”
    • Some comments took a more critical angle, with one user advising, “$12,500 a month, G you should have invested in or got you some land then built your own.”
    • Others expressed sympathy, with one user simply stating, “That’s sad.”

    The Quest for a Refund

Adding to the turmoil, jamore.love claims that he requested his deposit back from the property owner in order to move out, especially considering he has children. However, his request was reportedly denied. This has further fueled the conversation surrounding rental practices and tenant rights, particularly in high-priced markets where such issues can arise.

    A Cautionary Tale

While the glitz and glamour of renting an upscale mansion may seem appealing, jamore.love’s experience serves as a cautionary tale for potential renters. It underscores the importance of conducting thorough inspections and asking the right questions before signing a lease, especially when it comes to pest control and property maintenance.

I don't think people think about what they're doing when they say this mess. They're essentially telling the world I'm a disgusting human being whom can't clean after themselves

If you can afford that for rent you can afford to buy your own home. If not call the bug man or put your money in escrow until the landlord does something about the problem. You can also afford to just walk away. Three easy ways to handle this problem.
