Oregon Fans Called Out by Visitors as 'Hostile' and 'Classless'

College football fans that recently visited Oregon's 32-31 victory over Ohio State on Saturday are calling out Duck fans for being "hostile" and "classless" this week.

@Bluebloodsbias, a college football-centered page on x.com, made a post on Wednesday referencing a video made by a user named @yt_snarp, who dressed as an Ohio State fan and interacted with Oregon fans on Saturday.

"An Ohio State fan decided to attend the game against Oregon in Eugene," @bluebloodsbias wrote. "The Duck fans showed him why they're the most hostile fanbase in the country."

Throughout the video, there were several examples of Oregon fans cursing at @yt_snarp and throwing his hat. Later, one of @yt_snarp's friends is attacked by an Oregon fan and put into a headlock.

Underneath the original post regarding @yt_snarp's video and experience, @bluebloodsbias provided an account of his own negative experience attending the game on Saturday.

"I attended this game with a group of Ohio State fans. During the game, multiple Oregon fans threatened to assault them and tried to get them ejected," @bluebloodsbias wrote. "When the game ended, those same four rows of Duck fans rushed past us to run on the field while flipping us off and laughing as we tried to exit up the stairs.

"While my buddies complimented Autzen by saying it was the loudest stadium they'd ever been in, they both agreed they would NEVER visit again."

In the replies to these two posts, several fans could be found agreeing with @bluebloodbias.

"Duck fans are classless," @gocougs123, a Washington State fan, wrote.

Meanwhile, others could be found defending Oregon fans.

"Oregon fans were really nice when I was in Eugene," @229Boise, a Boise State fan, wrote.

Earlier this week, several posts were made compiling Ohio State fans' positive responses to Eugene and Autzen Stadium.

A user named @Tsunami_TS posted numerous screenshots from Ohio State-related forums, all of which praised the Ducks and their fans.

"Oregon might have the nicest fans you will ever meet," one fan wrote.

So, after Saturday's game, Ohio State's opinions of Oregon fans are shockingly split. Some believe the Ducks have the nicest fans in the country, while others believe they have the most hostile.

On Friday, those fans will be back in action as the Ducks travel to take on Purdue. Kickoff is set for 5 p.m. PST and the game will be broadcast on Fox.
