A Loveland woman accused of killing her father will undergo a competency evaluation before her case continues. 32 year old Heather Cushman appeared before Judge Joseph Findley virtually from the Larimer County Jail on Thursday morning, during which time her attorney, Matt Mulch, requested she undergo a competency evaluation. Findley scheduled her to return for a status hearing at 10 a.m. Nov. 25. Cushman was arrested in early September after allegedly stabbing her father, John “Clint” Cushman, to death following an argument at a home on East Sixth Street.
