Denver Broncos starter had the game of his life at the perfect time vs. New Orleans Saints

After a bad loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, head coach Sean Payton and the Denver Broncos walked out of New Orleans with a win, winning four of their last five games, making them one of the hottest teams in the league at this moment. Sure, some of these wins have been against bad teams, but to be a good team, you have to learn to beat the bad teams.

They learned from their last few games that they could be better on the offensive side. The reason their offense was bad before was mainly the running game. It was a big reason the passing game wasn’t able to be opened up as much.

The offensive line hasn’t been great in the run game, and the running backs can take an equal part of the blame as well. But on Thursday Night Football against the New Orleans Saints, all of that changed. Now, it helps when you play maybe the worst run defense in the league.

Coming into this game, there was a ton of discussion about what Javonte Williams was going to be this year. He hasn’t been great this year, and some of the guys they have behind him have shown better flashes. So, he needed this game to shut some of the haters up.

And he did just that.

Javonte Williams had one of his best games ever if not his best game ever. He was amazing and the biggest reason their offense could even get going. The defense did its thing, as always; all that was left was for the offense to hold its end of the bargain.

Williams made sure they did that.

"I think it was really good, all the explosive runs were really good. I wouldn't say the passing game was bad by any means today,” rookie quarterback Bo Nix said after the game.

The run game was going, and now it’s just about carrying that over to the next game against the Carolina Panthers. The run game is capable of being this good every single game. And, this only proves that. And a huge reason why is because of Javonte.
