According to Programming Specialist Lily Schwarz, the fundraiser is put together by the Friends of the Adel Public Library and encourages people to bring an assortment of baked goods.</p><p>“Any donation that you wish to bring. It can be cookies, bars, pies, anything like that (and) it does not need to be refrigerated. We do ask that you label what you baked for us.”</p><p>Schwarz emphasizes that donations should be dropped off to the library on October 28th prior to the sale the next day.
