First up this morning in your Miami Hurricanes news?
Matt Shodell shares his thoughts on why the entire season will be on the line for the Miami Hurricanes tomorrow at Louisville.
And check out what Mario Cristobal is saying about the challenge Miami faces at Louisville. We also have your take from the other sideline with Cardinals coach Jeff Brohm weighing in on the challenge he sees coming from Miami tomorrow as well as UM CB Daryl Porter, Jr. talking about the matchup and more.
In recruiting you can check out Stephen Wagner answering all your recruiting questions at the midway point of the season.
And there’s more.
Miami (Fla.) Northwestern 2026 four-star receiver Calvin Russell is still early in his recruiting process, but the Hurricanes are among the schools standing out early to the No. 17 overall prospect and No. 2 receiver in the On3 Industry Ranking. His take?
We talk with Plantation (Fla.) American Heritage three-star 2025 receiver Malachi Toney. His decommitment from Miami caught many off guard. But his recruitment is far from over.
Another update: Miami’s game against Florida State is still more than a week away, but Vero Beach (Fla.) four-star Ohio State linebacker commit Tarvos “TJ” Alford is expecting to attend the Hurricanes’ rivalry game next Saturday and shares his thoughts.
Plus we catch up with Miami (Fla.) Booker T. Washington four-star cornerback Ben Hanks Jr. He didn’t shut down his recruitment when he committed to Florida in mid-August, and the Hurricanes haven’t backed off their push.
And, as always, stay tuned today for any news that may come up.
After receiving a 3rd round projection in last years draft Cam decided to come back to college to improve his draft stock. He came to Miami to play on a team with a lot of weapons that could help him put up big numbers. So far through 6 games he has really impressive stats but also has some boneheaded turnovers which also plagued him at Washington State. These are the same type of turnovers that prevented him from being a 1st rounder last draft. So far, based on projected drafts, it appears that NFL teams absolutely LOVE Cams skillset as he is projected as not only a 1st rounder, but also a high pick. Hopefully Cam can continue his hot steak into the 2nd half of the season and reign in on some of his brain farts giving Miami its first 1st round QB drafted since Vinny all the way back in 1987.
