(Creston) Creston Police report the arrest of 31-year-old Paige Nicole Ruggle of Creston at McKinley Lake. Authorities charged Ruggle with OWI 1st offense. Officers transported Ruggle to the Union County Jail and held on a $1,000 cash bond.
