A new restaurant has opened in Hamilton, Ohio

HAMILTON, OH - A new restaurant has opened in the city.

Are you in the mood for some tacos? If you answered yes to that question, you might want to check out Agave & Rye, which recently opened a new restaurant in Hamilton at 335 Main St, according to the restaurant's website. The new location celebrated its opening with a ribbon-cutting earlier this month, per this post from the city hall's social media account.

The menu includes tacos like the Plain Jane (which comes with seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, aged white cheddar, diced tomato, and sour cream), the Crown Jewel (which comes with butter and garlic lobster, shiitake mushrooms, mac and cheese, truffle oil and shavings, and shaved green onions), and more. If you don't eat meat, the restaurant also offers some vegetarian tacos like the Bang Bang (which comes with crispy cauliflower, corn fritters, queso, and spicy crispy carrots) and the Green Goddess, which comes with Brussels sprouts, roasted corn, cilantro chimichurri, spicy crispy carrots, and hard and soft corn tortillas.

Aside from tacos, the restaurant serves appetizers like elote, crispy Brussels sprouts, carne asada egg rolls, shrimp Rangoon bites, and sweet corn fritters.

And if you're not in the mood for tacos, the menu includes a bacon smash cheeseburger (which comes with two smashed burger patties, Oaxaca cheese, sweet and spicy bacon, BBQ jam, lettuce, tomato, and pickle) and burritos (check out the grilled birria burrito, which is stuffed with slow-braised beef, Mexican rice, Oaxaca cheese, queso, sweet and spicy bacon, chipotle crema, and cilantro, and comes with birria dipping sauce).

Birria grilled cheese and spicy marg was sooooooo good!! Greeted right away by a server who wasn’t actually ours to get us started with drinks! Our regular server was there in no time to get food order. Great team work.
