She removed the cash and dropped the wallet on the ground before leaving the parking lot.</p><p>The suspect was described as a white female, 5 feet 5 inches tall of medium build, with dark hair with blonde highlights, a tattoo near her left shoulder, and wearing a black shirt.</p></div></body>
