lol, this is fear mongering at its finest 🤣. Just an FYI, home prices have been plummeting due to the stagnant market. Open any sales listing (zillow, homes, realtor, etc), and all you see is price reduction and listed for months. only sheeple would believe that when no sales happen that prices go up.

what a rip off,I paid $150,000 for my house in Maui, now it's $300,000 to $400,000, Hawaiian Homes $250,000 and up , unless you have friends to help build it
