(WCHS) — The mother of a teenage girl whose body was found skeletal state is trying to get her trial moved out of Boone County.</p><p>Julie Miller, along with the victim’s grandparents, Donna and Jerry Stone, have been charged in the death of 14-year-old Kyneddi Miller.
