These guys should consider themselves fortunate that the US doesn’t use cruel & unusual punishment for theft…11 to13 countries, (possibly more) will cut off your hands/arms, (extremity amputation) & 2 or 3 countries, (again if not more) will impose up life in imprisonment and hard labor, to a death sentence for theft…I am gonna say their methods while…harsh, probably cut down on repeat offenders greatly!
