A new traffic control route was developed by the Borough to better manage vehicle and pedestrian traffic during special events that close Main Street and Lincoln Way in Downtown Chambersburg. The new route strives to ensure safe pedestrian access during Downtown events while providing efficient detour routes for vehicle operators to travel north, south, east and west around the event.
