Lay's Divides Fans With New Holiday-Inspired Flavor Available for a Limited Time

Lay's is always coming out with new and inventive flavors for their legions of devoted fans, from Roarin’ Ranch & Fried Pickle to Tzatziki and beyond.

Now, the iconic potato chip brand is gearing up for an offering that is perfect for Thanksgiving season, though it's only available in Canada: Lay's Turkey Dinner chips.

The Instagram account Junkfood Junction broke the news with a short video of the new chips on display at a Costco, including a close-up shot of the $6.99 price tag.

While some commenters were definitely excited about the seasonal snack, some couldn't help but take issue with the cost.

"The price tag!!!! I know I've been out of Canada for some time now, but is that a normal chip price tag?" one person wanted to know.

"$6.99 though? Seems expensive to me. Otherwise they sound good! 😃😎" wrote somebody else.

Other fans were curious about the crisps nonetheless.

"That sounds interesting," declared a curious Instagram user.
