The New York Jets will showcase their new-look offense against the Pittsburgh Steelers on "Sunday Night Football."

The game on Sunday will be the debut of All-Pro receiver Davante Adams as a Jet. New York acquired Adams from the Las Vegas Raiders on Tuesday, reuniting him with quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

When he was asked if he would like to stay with the Jets long-term after the trade, Adams gave a clear answer.

"I hope so. That's the plan," said Adams. "I never go somewhere in hopes of having to find a new home."

After this season, Adams will still have two years left on his contract, where he is set to make $35.6 million each season. However, the money is not guaranteed, so the Jets will likely want to stretch that money out or void it almost entirely. Adams will be 32-years-old in December, and it's unclear if he'll be able to continue producing the way he has.

Regardless of his age, Adams still looked like his usual self in the few games he started with the Raiders this season. In three games, Adams totaled 18 catches for 209 yards and a touchdown with Gardner Minshew, who has since been benched, as his quarterback.

Adams will now be reunited with Rodgers, who he played with for the first eight seasons of his career. In those eight years, Adams had 8,121 receiving yards and 73 touchdowns. With Rodgers, Adams was also a two-time first-team All-Pro and a five-time Pro Bowler.
