Mississippi sure shouldn’t be last after being in complete control by republicans for over 20 years and receiving the most in Federal funding! GOP calls federal funding socialism and they are the first with their hands out! What hypocrisy! At least the other southern states have attractions and jobs! MS just has poverty! The citizens of Mississippi are really proud to not want change! Then they blame democrats for the state of MS for looking bad!
