Will Ferrell Hosting Charity House Party With Swedish House Mafia And DJ White Shadow

SOUTH LOOP — Grammy Award-winning producer and songwriter DJ White Shadow is teaming up with Will Ferrell and Swedish House Mafia for a star-studded charity house party.

The event, Will Ferrell’s Ultimate DJ House Party, is 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26 at Wintrust Arena, 200 E. Cermak Road. Tickets start at $40 online.

The lineup also features D-Nice, A-Trak, Felix Da Housecat, Terry Hunter, Terrence Parker, Twista, Henry Fong and more than a dozen other artists.

The party will benefit Cancer for College , an organization that supports cancer survivors through academic scholarships, medical debt relief and educational opportunities.

Ferrell and DJ White Shadow, an Evanston resident and Chicago-based DJ, collaborated on a similar event last year in L.A. that also benefited Cancer for College. The Oct. 2023 event, Will Ferrell’s Best Night of Your Life , featured a star-studded lineup of comedians like Jon Stewart, Hasan Minhaj, Jo Koy, Patti Harrison and John Mulaney.

Ferrell hosted the first Best Night of Your Life party in 2018 , which featured Coldplay’s Chris Martin, Brad Paisley, Guns N’ Roses’ Duff McKagan and more.

The American actor, comedian, writer and producer has been tied to Cancer for College for years . The organization was founded by Ferrell’s college fraternity brother, Craig Pollard, a three-time cancer survivor and double amputee, according to Rolling Stone .
