A recent report has provided an important update on WWE’s plans for Superstar Charlotte Flair for WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas. In the December 2023 episode of SmackDown, Asuka defeated Charlotte Flair after Bayley caused a distraction.

However, the bout saw an unfortunate turn of events as Charlotte Flair suffered a knee injury during the match. It was later revealed that Flair needed surgery for a torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus. Following this, WWE announced that she would be out of action for approximately nine months.

A few weeks ago, reports shared a major update on Charlotte Flair’s recovery. It was revealed that WWE does not expect her to return this year due to the severity of her injuries. The reports also mentioned that it remains too early to confirm an exact return date. However creative plans for her return were in the works. It was mentioned that The Queen could be involved in a storyline between Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton.

It is unfortunate news for Charlotte Flair and her fans regarding no update on her return. However, recent reports have shared major potential plans for The Queen at WWE WrestleMania 41, which is set to take place in Las Vegas next April.

Charlotte Flair set for major match at WWE WrestleMania 41

Recent reports from WrestleVotes Radio on Backstage Pass provided an update on WWE’s plans for Charlotte Flair for WrestleMania 41. The promotion reportedly has booked Flair for a pivotal match at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas. There has not been much discussion about potential women’s potential opponents in her matches.

The report stated, “Another WrestleMania question, that’s a good one. I haven’t heard too much…about potential women’s matches at WrestleMania. I do know that Charlotte Flair is going to be in the fold and at the top of any women’s wrestling card that they present for WrestleMania.”

While the reports have not specified an opponent for Flair, fans have been speculating for months that she could have a major showdown with Money in the Bank winner Tiffany Stratton.

I had this type injury when I was 16 years old, had surgery. Rehab back then was not rehab like today. My prayers to you Queen to recover completely and come back better than ever 🙏🏻🙏🏻
