'Obscure' Florida Destination Named 'Richest Town' In The Entire State

Money isn't everything, but there is certainly an abundance of it in this wealthy location.

This community, known for its many positive attributes, was recently named among the richest communities across the U.S. with residents earning a substantially higher income than the national average!

Florida is home to many wealthy regions, but only one small community was recognized for the money its residents take in each year.

According to a list compiled by Title Max , the wealthiest town in all of Florida is Gulf Stream . Residents of this community make an average of $216,250 per year.
