it hurts. I have had many years flare ups are horrible nothing works.

I've had fibromyalgia for over 20 years, Duloxatine works for me. Weather and stress cause flare ups for me, still work part time at age 68, but pace myself and rest/nap when I feel the need. my biggest struggle is falling asleep at night, sometimes up till 1-2 am even though no caffeine after 5 pm. Prayers for all who suffer.
