They also made their final decisions on some starters. Tight end Dallas Goedert (hamstring) and left tackle Jordan Mailata (hamstring) did not practice all week and have been ruled out, which is no surprise.
Starting cornerback Darius Slay (knee) returned to practice after missing Thursday and is questionable. Starting defensive tackle Jalen Carter (shoulder) also returned to practice and is expected to play on Sunday with no game designation.
Cornerback Eli Ricks (groin) and defensive tackle Byron Young (hamstring) are both out this week after popping up on Thursday's injury report.
Eagles Week 7 Injury Report Observations
Jordan Mailata, who exited Week 6's win over the Cleveland Browns early, has officially been placed on injured reserve.
Dallas Goedert also left last week's game with an injury and is expected to miss a few games.
Darius Slay was also injured, but the Eagles are said to have dodged a more serious injury with him as he is considered "day-to-day."
Milton Williams' and Jalen Carter's injuries appear to be nothing too serious. That's a huge upside for the Eagles' defense which struggled early this season.
Sydney Brown returned to practice last week after rehabbing an ACL injury he suffered last season. The Eagles plan to ease him back into the lineup.
Rookie wideout Ainias Smith also returned to practice for the first time last week since injuring his ankle in the preseason.
The Eagles have two weeks left to activate Smith and Brown.
Albert Okwuegbunam returned from injured reserve on Wednesday. The Eagles have three weeks to active him to the roster. That will likely happen sooner rather than later with Goedert injured.
