She went on to say in an email, “This makes spending on discretionary goods — including spending on many Halloween categories — tougher to justify.”Last year people spent $108.24 with a $4.61 difference which may not seem like a lot, but 5 bucks here and 5 bucks there...it adds up!</div></body>
