Los Angeles' Flourishing Art Scene Celebrated during free transit-friendly event: Grand Ave. Arts

Los Angeles, CA – Get ready for a day filled with free art and excitement this Saturday, October 19, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Join Metro Los Angeles and some of the city’s top arts organizations for Grand Ave Arts: All Access, an event that brings the best of LA’s vibrant art scene to downtown.

One of the highlights is the Metro Art Bus, a unique, immersive gallery on wheels featuring We Are... Portraits of Metro Riders. Don’t miss the chance to meet artist Samira Yamin, whose captivating artwork, All is Flux, will be on display. Yamin will give talks at 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. at Grand Ave Arts/Bunker Hill Station. If you can’t make the talks, pick up a self-guided tour map and explore the art at your own pace.
