An investigation into his death is ongoing and no charges have been filed, according to Avon Lake police.The Lorain County Prosecutor's Office also is involved in the investigation, according to Avon Lake police. According to an Avon Lake Police Department news release, police received a call just before 7 p.m. Thursday from Bill's mother, who said her son was not responsive and had no pulse.Avon Lake Fire Department paramedics responded and did CPR on Bill, reporting a faint pulse. Bill was taken to Cleveland Clinic Avon Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later, police said.Officers learned that Bill had confronted a neighbor about a property line issue. Bill "intruded onto the neighbor's property and shoved a trash can at the neighbor," police said.The neighbor, who was not named in the news release, "in turn shoved the trash can back" at Bill, whom police said fainted and collapsed.</div></body>
