Madison Hill contributed 8 kills, and Sofia Soto added 6 kills to lead the Pomeroy offense.Alexis Keoho had a team-high 22 assists, with Aden Britt adding 17 assists and 9 digs. Jocelyn Chavez led SMWC with 12 digs. Serving wise, Grace Geisler had a team-high 4 service aces and Leishmarie Virella added 3 aces.The strong front line blocking attack included Isabel Hansen with a team-high 6 blocks, and Hill added 4 total blocks.Saint Mary-of-the-Woods stands 5-3 in conference play and improved to 8-0 overall in the month of October. Midway dropped to 9-9 overall and 4-5 in league matches with the loss. The Pomeroys travel to IU Southeast on Saturday at noon in another River States Conference matchup.</div></body>
