The guy never fired the gun, he simply reacted to the guy in the bike trying to pull something out of the bag, I would definitely have reacted the same way. Hell, police officers often shoot people for doing the same thing. This guy wants to make it home to his family, just as much as they do. Isn't that what they always say?

the person on the bike attacked as if he was retrieving a weapon. my first instinct is to defend myself. no shots were fired, I was only prepared to defend myself. I have a license to carry. that is all the driver of the car has to say, and with a good lawyer, no charges.
