This will put many home owners in default - flood insurance is difficult to get - if you do get it it’s a HUGE expense AND you’ll likely NEVER get a claim approved. Flood Insurance is a hoax - flooding has to be from above not from the ground so unless your roof is open when it rains it won’t be considered a “flood” - if by some miracle you get an approved claim it won’t be for nearly enough to recover the loss !!!! WE HAVE TO SPEAK OUT
