if this was a black woman she'd either be shot or she the least been tased and thrown to the ground and handcuffed this this cop would not been that nice and polite if that had been a black female

If this woman was any other race, she would have been tased, thrown to ground and handcuffed. She was treated with entitlement and was able to use her phone. Wow.
