I sympathize with people who have lost everything they worked their lives for. Fears and emotions are very high. Unfortunately, everything in life has a process, and no one person's needs can override another's in these situations. You're alive, which is step one. Bullying someone and making threats will put you at the bottom of the list if I was an employee trying to help. You're not entitled. Your privilege card is revoked at this time. So learn patience, seek psychiatric help, and come back when you are ready to act like someone with a need for assistance.
