My Zachary… we adopted him when he was around 18 months old and he struggled with health issues his entire 10.5 years. He was amazing through all of them. He never lost his sweetness for even a moment. I was able to account for just u see $34,000 we spend on medical something for him, including normal and routine care. I would do it all again. The surgery would be around $1500. Scott said to our vet, can we do it tomorrow, Dr Fran asked if he wanted to discuss with me first. Scott says- Dr Fran, you’ve met my wife. You know she LOVES Zach. I will starve, go naked and without heat in our house before she allows Zach to be uncomfortable for a minute more than he needs to be. They laughed and Zach had his surgery the very next morning and everyone was happy. Senior pets are the best.
