I just hope that this windfall the folks of Brookpark think they are getting is worth it,not saying this is a bad thing but for every pro there is a ton of cons. Local media really did a disservice by not reporting on other cities that did this and the effects it had on its residents. The cities real estate is going way way up in value,the tax burden is going to explode. One thing that is going to happen the residents of Brookpark will not gain financially to buy property in proximity of the stadium,small time businesses will have to compete with monopolies hell bent in sucking up all the financial air and turning it into gawdy vegas style tourist attractions. It won’t pay off for the poor.

man it's sad that a man can't want better for his team Cleveland has been a disaster and disgrace for years it's all about money. the city of Cleveland loss and Brookpark won 🏆 👏 they just need to do better please start with the crime and ran down property
