No charges are pending against the witness.It is unknown if the suspect, or the suspect's vehicle, was struck by the gunfire.The suspect abandoned their vehicle at a nearby park and fled the vehicle on foot.The situation remains ongoing, and the suspect remains at large.</div></body>
